Heavy core will be broken when pushed by a piston

Description:
In Java Edition snapshot 24w12a, heavy core is no longer broken when pushed by piston. However, heavy core is still broken when pushed by a piston in Bedrock Edition.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a piston and a heavy core

2. Make the piston push the heavy core

Observed Results:
The heavy core was broken when pushed by a piston.

Expected Results:
The heavy core should not be broken when pushed by a piston.
