I am trying to backup my data to the cloud onto the Nintendo Switch(1.20.62). However, when I go to the Save Data Cloud tab, it says "This software does not support backup via the Save Data Cloud Service".
There was an issue like this back in 2019 and it is now returned. It may be a Switch update but is has just recently become a problem.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. Is it still an issue? According to the comment made by Mega_Spud in MCPE-177630 this may be caused by a temporary service outage, as Mojang wasn't able to verify that this was caused by an error on their end.
Please try contacting the manufacturer directly instead, and see whether they can provide appropriate support if this is still an issue.
