Plains village meeting point generate with grass blocks around it

One of the meeting point from plains villages (the one that look very close to classic villages) always generate with grass blocks where it should not, everytime i find this kind of meeting point, it consistently generate with grass on a similar shape. These blocks cover the dirt path and stone from the meeting point.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create one or various worlds (use a random seed).
2. Find plains village with this kind of meeting point.
3. Observe it.

Observed Results:
There are grass blocks covering the space around it.

Expected Results:
They should not be here, at least on this way.
