Rabbits do not eat carrot crops

This issue has been reported fixed a few times already (MCPE-113321, MCPE-131980), but it seems that it has never been properly fixed and tested.

Steps to reproduce

1. Plant some carrots on farmland and bonemeal them to maturity.

2. Spawn a few rabbits.

Expected result

The rabbits would "eat" the carrots, reducing their growth stage.

Observed result

The rabbits ignore the carrots.
