Crafter breaking times are different on Bedrock

If you compare java and bedrock breaking times for the crafter, you will notice that the crafter breaks faster on java.

The time it took to mine crafter on Java vs Bedrock = 2 secs vs 7 secs respectively, without any tools.

Affect 1.20.70.21.

Seems that stone pickaxe is the proper tool, but none-required in Java.

Affect 1.20.70.22

Note this is fixed in 1.21.50.20.
