Tadpole and axolotl buckets play wrong empty sound

When a mob bucket is emptied, a different sound is supposed to be played from emptying a water bucket. This is not the case for axolotl and tadpole buckets.

Sounds are missing entirely from sounds.json and sounds/ file structure. Appears the developers forgot to add them and used the fish sounds instead.
