In bedrock edition, pickaxe is the proper digging tool for dragon egg, while in java edition there is no proper tool: any tool takes 4.5 seconds to dig a dragon egg. Therefore, it doesn't match java edition. Is it work as intended?
To reproduce, use command /fill to set blocks to prevent the dragon egg from teleporting, and use tools to dig it.
