[MCPE-171015] Player can't move boat/raft after leaving from the boat/raft

Issue : Player can't move boat/raft after leaving from the boat/raft.

Expected Results : Player can move boat/raft after leaving from the boat/raft.

Reproduce Issue :
1.Put a boat/raft at water.
2.Ride the boat/raft then leave.

Do you experience this on a singleplayer, or multiplayer world?
Do you perhaps notice any signs of lag on your worlds when that happens?
What device are you using exactly, what model and OS version?
