[MCPE-170355] Rabbit sometimes run away from player

Issue:
Rabbit sometimes run away from player.

Expected Results:
Rabbit shouldn't run away from player.

Step to Reproduce:
1)Spawn a rabbit.
2)Then try to approach it.
