When I give an entity that is attacking a player a speed effect using the command "/effect @e[type=husk] speed 999 25", it doesn't follow the player correctly. Instead, it just continues to spin around and can't accurately target the player when it has high speed.
steps:
Summon a Husk entity that can attack players.
Give the entity a speed effect using the command "/effect @e[type=husk] speed 999 25".
Move around and observe how the entity behaves.
Expected Outcome:
The entity with the speed effect should be able to accurately target and follow the player, even at high speeds.
Observed Result
However, in this case, it only spins around and can't effectively track the player.

Please note that this is not the same as Working as Intended, as this bug report correctly describes behavior in the game that might not be the intended or desirable behavior, but it will not be fixed right now. Sometimes, this is because the issue reported is minor and/or impossible to change without large architectural changes to the code base.
