Expected Results : Lantern and soul lantern should be able to break fast when using the enchantment "Efficiency 5" on a diamond/netherite pickaxe.
Actual Results : Lantern and Soul Lantern takes a bit delay to break it.
How To Reproduce Issue :
1.Enchant a diamond pickaxe to a"Efficiency 5"
2.Place a lantern or a soul lantern.
3.Mine them as you can see it take a bit of time to break it.

Is the time the same with and without the efficiency enchantment?
Does the time match Java Edition?
