Steps to Reproduce
Get the alphabet lore addon https://www.mediafire.com/file/02f2fje4mwg4oor/Minecraft+Alphabet+Lore+addon+V1.5_1665527942040.mcaddon/file
Open it into Minecraft
Expected Result:
The importing addon should appear and successfully install the Alphabet Lore Pack
Observed Result:
Minecraft DOES NOT respond, but Minecraft Preview does.
This is an issue with your file opening settings in Windows, not an issue in Minecraft. Most likely, whichever version you installed most recently set itself as the program to run when you open files with the .mcaddon, .mcpack, and .mcworld extensions. You can change this is Windows settings. You can also right-click the file and select "Open With" to choose which program to use to open the file.
