I talked to representatives at PlayStation and Microsoft talked for hours and they couldnt resolve and issue that I had logging in. I tried to log into my Microsoft account on my PlayStation and said that it was already connected with a different account but that is not true I never connected my account to a console or in general could you guys help me out . I believe the case number was 70070569 or 589 i forgot
