Sculk Sensor does not send a signal to shrieker when player drops item

When dropping an item on the ground the sculk sensor does not send a signal to the shrieker unlike in Java edition where it does.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place/Find a sculk sensor and a shrieker

2. Throw an item

Expected result: The sculk sensor alerts the shrieker
