Allay's head not turning

Steps to Reproduce:

  [Step 1] spawn an Allay
  [Step 2] watch it turn it's head

Observed Results:

Allay's head does not turn from side to side

Expected Results:

the Allay's head should turn from side to side like in java

Notes:

The Allay's head turns up and down but not side to side like in java
