Element Constructor does not display element that are 4th period and beyond correctly

When creating atomic models in the element constructor in MC:EE, elements from period 4 and on (from Potassium and on) are not displaying correctly. For example, potassium should have 4 rings of electrons based on electron configuration rule while MC:EE only shows 3 with the electron located at the wrong ring.

This could potentially lead to students learning the wrong model in their chemistry classrooms when teachers use the tool unknowingly.
