I have a sign-in issue and nothing that other forums are saying is working.

I've been trying to sign in to my account on Minecraft. The problem is that whenever I try to sign in, it tells me that it isn't working and it gives me the "Error Code: Drowned." I've already looked through the different ways to fix this from YouTube and Mojang's recommended fix for it and nothing has worked.Β The common fix seems to be to go to profile and clear account sign-in data but I don't have that option on mine. There was another fix using task manager which also didn't work. The last two options that I tried were resetting data in settings and uninstalling and reinstalling. Again, neither of the options worked. Can someone help me figure this out?
