Problem login into my Microsoft account

So recently I bought the Nintendo switch membership of one year. And I already had my Microsoft account since I also play Minecraft on my iPad and iPhone. But I bought the Minecraft on my Nintendo switch and I really like to play it in my tv. But these few days I've been having problems to log in my Microsoft account. Like I tap the sign in but it keeps loading and loading. I tend to restart it or take the game out and put it in but nothing. Is really weird because I've been playing the game normally, building and playing on servers. But lately is been like this, I hope you can fix this problem. And thank you if you do.
