I'm having the same problem as MCPE-13148. When trying to buy the new journey to the west skin pack it just says "Unable to connect to the store, Maybe check your internet connection?" All the other skins it lets me buy them but not the Journey To The West. I have good Internet connection. but the Minecraft version I am using is: 0.14.0. Every other pack works fine and has been bought.

I have reported this to the MS - I know they had some issues with this skin pack due to capitalization of the skin names. It works on other devices, except for Win 10. I hope they can resolve it asap 🙂
