Issue Context
If stood in 1 block high powdered snow, you are unable to jump out.
Steps to Reproduce
Find a flat surface anywhere in the world.
Dig a hole of any width that is 1 block in depth.
Fill the hole with powdered snow.
Step into the hole and attempt to jump out of it.
You will not be able to jump out of the hole.
