Hitbox on Candles are not in parity with Java

Summary
When placing down the candles and walk on it, the hitboxes are different from Java Edition.
Regardless of how many candles are placed on a single block, the hitboxes are always the same on Bedrock Edition.

Step to Reproduce
1. Place down candles (from 1 to 4)
2. Walk on it.
3. Compare it with Java by doing the same thing.
---> ❌ Hitboxes are different.

However, this issue is Working as Intended.

Bedrock is matching Sea Pickle's bounding box. This can change in the future but for now is working as intended.

Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.

Bedrock's sea pickle hitbox is a full block wide though

The hitboxes have been fixed to match Java in the latest beta 1.18.10.20!

🎉 this also includes a partial fix for MCPE-130695
