Cauldron explosions do not damage anything, they just make an explosion sound

When mixing potions in a cauldron it does not explode, it just makes the exploding sound.

Why is that worked as intended if it suppose to explode as mentioned in Minecraft wiki that they explode and also Argo Major said it would explode if you mix potions. This if not yet fixed!
