[MCPE-12468] Background spinning camera at the language menu does not act same like the main menu

Rotating background (camera spinning from left to right slowly) at the language menu does not act the same like the main menu, when go to the options, or skins menu it act same like main menu.

Somehow I can not reproduce this on 0.14.0 build 1, maybe it was fixed.
