Minecraft is giving me problems from the second login onwards and I don't know how to fix it

I'm using a Realme5 smartphone whit an android 10 version.

Minecraft is giving me problems. From the second login it does not load me neither the shop nor my skin. i tried to delete and install it again but i didn't fix anything as soon as i open the game it works fine, i log into my xbox account and play quietly. when i open the game for the second time on i am having the problems listed above. Is there any way to fix them?
