[MCPE-118969] Observers not registering certain block changes

Observers not registering block updates from noteblock, trapdoors. There might be more.

This is crucial for redstone contraptions like 3 x 3 piston doors. Java versions work as intended.

Not sure about noteblocks, but they definitely register trapdoors. I have a honey farm that uses trapdoors and observers detecting their status change and it works just fine.
