Top Snow Cannot Be Seen In Hand

Confirmed on Samsung Galaxy S4 Active, Android 5.0.1, MCPE 0.13.0. In first person view, the top snow is held in the player's hand very low on the screen such that it is almost not visible unless the player looks down.

I expected the amount of the Top Snow that would be visible would be similar to the amount that carpets are visible (see screenshot).

I guess snow layers were never fixed when other items with this issue were fixed in MCPE-10223

Appears to be fixed in 0.15.0. (Tested in Android & Windows 10.)
