Hi there my son frequently experiences an issue logging into his Microsoft account in order to play minecraft online. It prompts him to sign in but either sticks when loading, gives error msg 0 (pic attached) or goes back to sign into Microsoft button. We seem to be logging in fine on aka/remoteconnect so I don't know what the issue is? We have also tried clearing his sign in info and restarting the game. This happens several times a day and is becoming a real pain. Can anybody help please?
