Holding on the screen to create a map/locator map, the mining animation starts

Summary:-
Creating a map or locator map by holding on the screen when looking at a block, creates the map successfully but the mining animation starts. In creative mode, the block breaks and reappears after the map is created.

Note:- I have tested this with split controls turn on.

How To Reproduce:-

1. Have a empty map or empty locator map.

2. Now look at a block.

3. Now hold on the screen to create a map or locator map.

Observed Results:-
When the map was being created, the mining animation starts. In creative mode, the block breaks and reappears when the map created.

Expected Results:-
No mining animation should start when creating a map or locator map.
