This Problem isn't at all new. It has been occurring before the latest patch, though it continues to be an issue even with the latest patch.
There are times on the character creation when it won't allow you to go back via button press. Worst, at these moments, the back arrow that normally can be pressed via touchscreen, at the top is inaccessible. This behavior happens often, on my Nintendo Switch. Fix It, please.
The problem doesn't seem to show up on my android phone, it is may be exclusive to the Nintendo Switch.
