The Minecraft Pocket Edition that I have recently bought through the IOS App Store has shown the packs (texture and resource) to have no edits. The only commands available is to activate or deactivate. I suspect a hacked client account. Please look further into my account details of suspected hacking and search for similar hacked clients to accumulate the signature of the individual who is doing this. Loading packs does require several uploads and shows on my screen every download that I acquire is being downloaded twice instead of one time (shows a hacked client). There might be a way to record with an app to be downloaded to allow for a fix of code to let the hacked client be documented and have the signature to prevent the hacker. Please set up a dummy account with similar details to my account and see if the bait is taken.
The option to delete packs is in settings>storage. If you bought the app from the Apple store then it is not a hacked client.
