Signing into a Microsoft account will continue in am endless loop , asking me to go to the microsoft website and input the code, sign in etc... I have done this multiple times and the 2 times it seemed to succeed and sign me in I got an infinite load screen. This has been an issue reported on and off and “fixed” for over a year on playstation.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
