[MCPE-10506] Boat inventory icon offset to the left

The inventory icon for all boats is not centered, rather offset to the left.

Confirmed on Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Android 5.1.1 Version: 0.12.3

Does this bug still appear in 0.13.1? If so please respond.

When oars were added to the inventory boat icon, the icon was no longer centered. With the current inventory system this is unfixable.

This can be resolved.
