[MCPE-10268] Wrong particles in mining mob heads

Mob heads have a soul sand particle.
Device: Lenovo A5500-HV

Steps to reproduce:
1. Place a mob head.
2. Mine the mob head.
3. Notice that the mob head have a soul sand particle.

This is not a bug. I tested this on PC and mob heads have soul sand particles when broken.

This also happens in the PC version, so I have marked the issue "Works as Intended" If you can find evidence that it is not intended than I will re-open the issue
