When adding custom fog that starts closer, on windows 10 the fog 'cuts' in very abruptly rather than a smooth fade.
Expected Behavior:
Fog fades in like on Xbox
Terrain is visible through fog rather than just not rendering
Actual Behavior:
Fog has a sharp 'cut in'
Terrain doesn't render
Resolved as of 1.16.100.59 with the re-introduction of render-dragon
