Steve and Alex in Friends Tab keep bobbing up and down, even though there are no active friends

This bug affects Android, Windows 10 and Nintendo Switch. So the bug is that the Steve and Alex in the friends tab keep bobbing up and down, as if there was an active friend. 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make sure you own a Realm or a Sever.  

2. Go onto a tab that is not the friends tab. 

Expected results: The Steve and Alex do not bob up and down, as there are no active players.

Obseverd results: They do bob up and down, even though there are no active friends.
