Purchased tokens for Furniture RGB by 4Kstudios pack a few days ago but error code error (CE-34878-0) appears every time we try to start it up - all updates are installed, so the pack simply doesn't run. Asked a family member to download it and he gets the same error message. PS won't refund token purchase. Mojang won't refund tokens. Please advise.

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your issue relates to 3rd-party content. If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin, add-on or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as Mineplex and Lifeboat, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
You might try to contact 4K Studios via the links on their Marketplace page.
