Minecraft resets to Xbox Home Page every now and then. Recipes missing. All red stone contraptions are not working.

Minecraft will close by itself during gameplay and exits to the xbox home page. Happens every other 10 minutes or so.

All redstone contraptions are not working (e.g. putting 2 observers facing each other, nothing happens). Missing recipes (e.g. can't craft scaffolding, can't convert all kinds of logs (birch, oak, jungle, acacia, etc) to planks, can't craft blaze powder from blaze rods, etc......the list goes on). Weird bugs where i can't eat cod but others like beef, chicken works

Tried the following but the above issues remains:

1. Deleted all local copies of saved game data

2. Uninstall minecraft

3. plug out main power for 15 minutes

4. reinstall minecraft

5. create a new game

6. issue remains

I've 2 Xbox in my home and 2 minecraft game accounts. Tried on both hardware and both minecraft accounts and all the issues remains.....
