Visibility under lava doesn't appear when under the effect of fire resistance. This behavior does not match with Java where fire res should give better visibility in 1.16 Pre Release 3.
How To Reproduce:-
Step 1: Be in lava (Creative/Survival)
Step 2: Drink Fire Res Potion/Splash Potion of Fire Res.
Expected Results:
By consuming fire res, the visibility under lava should be better.
Observed Results:
No better vision is applied.

It increases the visibility even better than in java, see MC-195572.
