[MCPE-100289] So I hop onto minecraft to go play on the hive to join a streamers game. It say I need to sign into microsoft and nintendo account

So when I go to play servers it says I need to sign in to nintendo and microsoft account even though im already signed in. I also have nintendo online. iT's been like this for a week now. I've signed in and out multiple times pls help me
