When launcher download a new version, some files can't download correctly. This bug can make issues that resolved as "Cannot Reproduce".
For example, when I download 1.10, I can't see the attack-cooldown. I also can't see "Press E to open your inventory". This was fixed after I play old versions.

Your Minecraft version is outdated. We currently take issues for version 1.12.1 only.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.
In case of a game crash, please also attach the crashlog.
