[MCL-7993] Minecraft does not launch after coping all files but "Not responded".

Removed old Minecraft compliteley.
Re-installed new launcher.
Start launcher but after log showing that everything is Ok Minecraft still on white screen and "No responding".
After cancelling it said that it is Java SE problem.
