I think my account was robbed and i cant join the Launcher because it says i have no connection to the internet when i clearly have internet

I have minecraft and when i tried to sign in to the launcher it said i had no connection to the internet and when i went to the website to login my email was changed to a random one, i think my account was robbed and i would like some assistance
