Hello,
I am experiencing a critical and persistent login error in Minecraft Bedrock, displaying the error code "Drowned". The full message is: "Failed to login. We could not sign you into your Microsoft account. Access to Realms, Profiles, and your Marketplace items will be limited. Please try again later. Error Code: Drowned".
This issue has been continuously occurring for approximately one year, preventing me from fully accessing online features.
Steps to Reproduce:
Launch Minecraft Bedrock.
The game attempts to sign into my Microsoft account automatically upon launch, or when trying to access online features (Realms, Marketplace, Profile).
The "Drowned" error message appears, preventing successful login.
Expected Result: The game should successfully sign me into my Microsoft account, allowing full access to Realms, my profile, and Marketplace content.
Actual Result: The "Drowned" error appears, and I remain signed out of my Microsoft account within the game.
Troubleshooting steps I have already taken:
I have restarted the game and my PC (Windows 11 Pro) numerous times over this period.
I have thoroughly checked my internet connection; it is stable and working correctly for other applications.
I have verified that all relevant Xbox services in
services.mscare running correctly (specifically: Xbox Live Auth Manager, Xbox Live Game Save, Xbox Live Networking Service, and Gaming Services).I have attempted to reset and/or repair the Minecraft, Xbox, and Microsoft Store applications via Windows Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Advanced options.
I have tried manually signing out and signing back into my Microsoft account from within the game's settings, but without success.
I am able to successfully sign into my Microsoft account via any web browser without issues, confirming the account itself is functional outside the game.
I have ensured that the date, time, and time zone on my PC are set automatically and are accurate.

Operating System: Windows 11 Pro
