Minecraft for Windows Patch Notes Link Redirects to Java Feedback Website Instead of Bedrock

Clones part of MCL-23415.

The Bug:

The Minecraft for Windows patch notes tab links to Java section of the Minecraft feedback website.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Open the launcher in the version stated.

• Click on the Minecraft for Windows tab, go to the Patch Notes page and select any of the updates.

• Scroll down to the Feedback area.

• Click the link for "Head over to our feedback website".

→ ❌  The link redirects you to Java (https://aka.ms/snapshotfeedback) feedback website, not Bedrock (https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/community/topics/115000409672-Beta-Bedrock-) feedback website.

Observed Behavior:

The link in the Feedback section of any update in the patch notes redirects you to Minecraft: Java Edition Snapshots, not Bedrock (Beta) section.

Expected Behavior:

The link in the Feedback section of any update in the patch notes redirects you to the Bedrock (Beta) section, not Minecraft: Java Edition Snapshots.
