The Bug:
In the Installations and Patch Notes tab, the tooltips for the Quick Play icon appear below other Launcher content.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open the Launcher in the version stated and enable experimental features.
Click on the Minecraft: Java Edition tab and make sure there's at least one Quick Play option available.
Switch to either the Installations or Patch Notes tab.
Hover over the Quick Play icon and observe the tooltip.
→ ❌ Notice that it doesn't appear above everything, but either within or below other launcher content.
Observed Behavior:
The tooltips for the Quick Play icons don't appear above any launcher content.
Expected Behavior:
The tooltips for the Quick Play icons are rendered above any launcher content, so they do not look wonky.
