Quick Play bar edit dialog glitches out on smaller window sizes when scrolling down

The Bug:

The Quick Play bar edit dialog glitches out on smaller window sizes when scrolling down. This is not the case if you maximize the window size.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Open the Launcher in the version stated and enable experimental features.

• Click on the Minecraft: Java Edition tab and navigate to the Quick Play icon.

• While the window is as small as possible, click the install icon to expand the list of available icons.

• Scroll down within this window to access the other options.

→ ❌ Notice how they float out of the window.

Observed Behavior:

Quick Play Edit dialog floats out of its window when expanding the install icon list.

Expected Behavior:

Quick Play Edit dialog doesn't float out of its window when expanding the install icon list. The behavior is the same as when the window is maximized.
