To find the problem:
Launcher - v.2.4.57-1.2.4 In the Minecraft for Windows area, go to the Patch Notes tab and select any of the Updates.
Scroll down to the Feedback area.
Click the link for Report bugs here: Minecraft issue tracker
Link goes to Minecraft Java bug report page, not Bedrock bug report page.

Appears to be the same wrong link for every Update version.
Also, the link to the Feedback Website goes to Java page.
