Broken link within the tooltip for the Mojang account login page in the Minecraft Launcher

Relates to MCL-23139.

The Bug:

The link within the tooltip for the Mojang account login page (https://aka.ms/MCLReadMore?ref=launcher) redirect to a 404 Not Found status response.

This bug is also reproducible in the latest beta version (b.2.3.643).

Steps to Reproduce:

• Open the Launcher and go to "Settings" > "Accounts" > "Add Mojang account".

• Click the question mark next to "MOJANG ACCOUNT (EMAIL)". This will open the tooltip.

• Click on "Read more".

→ ❌ The redirect to https://aka.ms/MCLReadMore?ref=launcher ends on https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/notfound.

Observed Behavior:

Clicking on the link returns an invalid page, leading to a 404 error.

Expected Behavior:

Clicking on the link returns a valid page (https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/4409155824269-Minecraft-Java-Login-Issues-FAQ).
