The bug
The launcher window often flickers rapidly after selecting the "Add Microsoft account" button in the Accounts tab, or when removing an account from the list of accounts. This is likely due to the fix of MCL-21249.

How to reproduce
Navigate to the Settings menu, and then to the Accounts tab
Select "Add Microsoft account"
❌ Window flickers
Cannot reproduce at macOS Monterey 12.2.1. Setting the ticket as "Awaiting response".
If there will be confirmation from other users, we will get back to the case. As for now, we cannot confirm this.
