"Something went wrong in the login process. If the problem persists, check your internet connection."

 

Dear Sir,

I bought your Minecraft java software for windows 10 and when I click to connect to my microsoft account your software displays the message "Something went wrong in the login process. If the problem persists, check your internet connection." while my internet works fine with all my software !!! Even when trying to disconnect the antivirus and the firewall, the problem persists ... why? I've been trying to solve the problem for 48 hours, but no information on your site or on the internet .. and a priori I'm not the only one with this problem!

Can you offer me a solution to finally make your software work for my children or will you reimburse me for my purchase?
